At Studio 12, we’re proud to be home to the award-winning Floor Invasion Dance Crew and our elite competitive team, The MVMNT Company.

Our mission is to provide exceptional technique, innovative choreography, and inspiring mentorship in a positive, family-oriented environment. We are passionate about developing confident, skilled dancers both on and off the stage.

We now offer five distinct pathways to support every dancer’s goals. Whether you're looking to compete at a high level, perform locally, or simply dance for fun and personal growth, we’ve got a program for you. The pathways are:

THE REC:

A beginner-friendly program focusing on foundational training in ballet, jazz, hip-hop and more. Perfect for dancers exploring movement and building confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

PERFORMANCE TEAM:

For dancers who love to perform without the pressure of competition. This team participates in local-only performances and community events throughout the year.

THE MVMNT COMPANY:

A competitive team for committed dancers seeking advanced training and performance opportunities. Members attend regional and national competitions as well as dance conventions to grow their skills and stage experience.

THE MVMNT PRE-PRO COMPANY:

For advanced MVMNT dancers ready to elevate their training. This program includes travel, exclusive master classes, and connections to agencies and choreographers in Los Angeles, helping dancers pursue professional careers.

FLOOR INVASION DANCE CREW (FIDC):

Our hip-hop focused competitive crew trains dancers in commercial styles while offering high-level performance and convention experiences. Ideal for those passionate about street, urban, and industry-style movement.

FIDC PRE-PRO CREW:

An elevated program for dedicated FIDC dancers. Pre-Pro Crew members engage in international training opportunities, travel to learn from top choreographers, and focus on industry readiness.

INTERMIX COMPANY:

A dual-track company for dancers who want to participate in both The MVMNT Company and FIDC. This program includes a custom schedule to support balanced training and optional Pre-Pro development.

PULSE ELITE ALL-STARS:

Our newest team, Pulse Elite is a collegiate-focused dance program for advanced dancers preparing for college auditions, UDA/NDA competitions, and beyond. Pulse bridges the gap between high school and college-level dance with focused technique, performance conditioning, and collegiate mentorship.

We offer something for every dancer!

Our faculty is made up of highly trained, experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping each dancer reach their full potential. We also frequently host outside choreographers and guest teachers from the professional dance industry to further enrich and expand our dancers’ training.

Congratulations to our dancer, Averi Colon, for earning the prestigious “Eternal Flame” national title at HEAT Dance Convention 2025 Nationals! Her artistry and dedication inspires us everyday.

FLOOR INVASION DANCE CREW

FIDC is an elite hip-hop crew made up of a diverse group of talented dancers. This team specializes in both performance and competition, with the ultimate goal of gaining maximum exposure and experience in the professional dance industry. The purpose of FIDC is to develop dancers into well-rounded performing artists while elevating their hip-hop training and style through diverse classes, conventions, and some of the industry's most challenging competitions—featuring top teachers and leading choreographers. This award-winning team captivates audiences of all ages and consistently earns top scores at competitive events.

THE MVMNT COMPANY

The MVMNT Company is an elite competitive dance team that trains in a wide range of styles and regularly competes and performs throughout the DFW metroplex. These talented dancers thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment that encourages them to push beyond their limits. The MVMNT Company offers unique choreography and high-level training from industry-leading teachers. We take pride not only in developing strong, versatile dancers—but also in mentoring them into confident, well-rounded individuals.

THE REC

The Rec, our recreational dance program, is designed for dancers who are new to dance or looking to train and grow without the commitment of a competitive team. Thrive offers high-quality instruction for all levels and ages, in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes are available in a variety of styles including Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Acro, and Drill Team prep.
